About me - I am a trained Anusha Energy Healer and Quantum Touch Practitioner
My Journey - I have always been very sensitive in nature and grew up with health issues such as asthma and allergies. These were often referred to as 'sensitivities' and as a young child our GP told my parents that these ailments were common in anxious personalities.
Later as a parent I became more aware of the connection between our emotions and our state of health as I watched my children, who had inherited similar personality traits, suffer with the same health issues.
This realization was profound and changed the way I looked at my own health and that of those around me. I delved into a multitude of books and teachings and opened my mind to alternative practices, deciding to work with a wonderful homeopath in the hope of helping my daughter. Both my daughter and I benefitted massively from homeopathy and at the same time were introduced to Anusha healing. I was so moved by how the energy healing affected me that I decided to learn it for myself.
Nowadays, I work with my body to resolve any disharmony or misalignment rather than fighting it.
True healing is the letting go of all that no longer serves us, revealing the love and light that is at our core.
About Anusha Energy Healing
Anusha Energy Healing is an energetic system which reconnects us to the great wisdom and knowledge hidden within each of us. It was brought through by Patsi Hayes and Kate Pike and similar to Reiki, energy is channeled through the practitioner via symbols. However rather than focusing on restoring balance and energy flow Anusha energy is harnessed from the stars and promotes unity, soul wisdom and reconnection with one's inner truth and stillness. It can bring about a deep sense of self-love, self-acceptance and self-healing and a deep realization that the fulfillment we are all seeking is not outside somewhere but is within.
